ABOUT USE IN CAR:

Although 'THE CLICKER COMMANDO' is a remarkable device that you can take with you and enjoy anywhere, you'll find that your car or truck provides one of the best places to enjoy TV and Radio. The power and tuning delivered by 'THE CLICKER COMMANDO', when combined with your car system's own amplification, yields versatile and unsurpassed opportunities for enjoyment. You'll marvel at how much better your car's AM/FM radio can sound. The two AAA batteries which power 'THE CLICKER COMMANDO', can last for months.

VOLUME CONTROL:

Set your car radio's volume control to a comfortable level. Always turn down the volume level of 'THE CLICKER COMMANDO' before turning it on. Then roll its volume control up with your thumb or fingertip to a desired sound level. You'll love the added control you'll have over your car's audio environment. Please note that sound levels on AM/FM channels will be slightly louder than on TV channels.

YOU'LL PROTECT YOUR CAR'S SPEAKERS BY TURNING DOWN THE VOLUME OF 'THE CLICKER COMMANDO' BEFORE SLIPPING IN THE CLICKER CAR ADAPTER.

PROGRAMMING [Setting Station Pre-sets]:

You have 18 pre-sets available that you can program any way you want. Choose from VHF-TV channels, AM / FM stereo stations. You can select stations manually as well, and in fact control all tuning and volume controls with just one finger. [See the enclosed manual for additional directions about how to set your favorite stations.]

TUNING & RECEPTION:

All broadcast radio and TV stations are available for free over the airwaves. They are received by portable tuners with attached antennas. 'THE CLICKER COMMANDO' has its uniquely designed antenna built into the wires connecting it to the Car Adapter or included earphones. Broadcast signals vary in strength and are influenced by such factors as buildings, terrain, and transmitter characteristics. Generally, signals are weaker in canyons and inside buildings. You can enhance reception in some circumstances by manipulating the Cassette Adapter's wire. Reception of TV broadcasts will vary based on transmitter power, location and surrounding terrain.
